Real estate developers need fresh visuals for every new project — but photo shoots and 3D production don't scale. So we built a workflow that does.
Real estate developers launching a new-build project face the same challenge every time: they need high-quality promotional visuals before the building even exists, or with only a basic photo package to work from. Commissioning custom 3D renders or full production shoots is expensive, slow, and difficult to repeat across multiple projects.
The brief was to find a smarter way — one that could scale.
I developed an automated workflow that takes a standard set of architectural photos — typically five to six images — and transforms them into dynamic, campaign-ready animations for social media.
No complex 3D software. No lengthy production cycles. The workflow handles the heavy lifting, which means the same process can be applied to any new project with minimal setup time.
Input a new photo package. Run the flow. Done.

The result is a set of dynamic animations that can be used directly across social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, digital ads — without any additional post-production.
Because the workflow is largely automated, production time drops dramatically compared to traditional methods. And because the concept is built to repeat, every new project benefits from the same efficiency without starting from scratch.
What makes this concept powerful is not just the result — it's the repeatability. Whether it's a single apartment or a full residential development, the workflow adapts to the available photo package and delivers a consistent output every time.
For real estate agencies and developers managing multiple projects simultaneously, that scalability is the real value. Less coordination. Less cost per project. More time to focus on selling.
